As we move into the dark moon phase...preparing ourselves for the New Moon at 00.36GMT on Saturday...

Be in your centre yet stay connected to the peripheral reality. Feel the energy that breaks in the external world you are traversing. Hold the centre gently and feel the circling energies from the external environment.

Oscillations and vibrations within your being.

Today is a good day to see the world through your shamanic eyes.  The future requires a greater synthesis of consciousness from us, between our modern selves and our archaic body selves. Today is a good day to feel connected to the aliveness of all that surrounds us, in all directions.

Tune into the centre, the subtle and ungraspable energy; feel it without trying to define it or own it.

Tools, like the computer, smart phone are useful, but remember they are tools.

Maybe use the search engine on the net as an extension of your intuition today; feel into the energy emanating from yourself and google it. Today you can attune to the fundamental substance of reality—pure empty consciousness. However, it is slippery -- you can understand it through receiving it, you can be a conduit for it, but you cannot 'have' it or frame it. Allow and navigate with a loose grip and disciplined sensitivity.

The internet is a training tool for our natural psychic sensitivity. If it were to become restricted as a medium of free speech, then we would naturally find that our connection to the Noosphere becomes available.

Hold the truth that your body is the ultimate tool in this world, programmed to self-heal and regenerate if you align with the innate life force and energy field.

The Medicine Wheel and the Tzolkin

The Medicine Wheel is the clock of real time, and space. Each direction is a point in space and a holographic point in time.  East is birth, sunrise, new beginnings and spring equinox. The Medicine Wheel aligns the four cardinal directions with Equinoxes, Solstices, the Suns movement through the sky, the real day of 23 hours 56 minutes, the four principles of a life cycle and any creative cycle. You, your body sits in the centre. Through the centre of your body is your central channel. It is through your central channel, through moving your consciousness, that you can move up and down the dimensions. 

The Medicine Wheel with the four directions and Mother Earth below with Father Sky above gives us the six directions of the middle world. 

In shamanism we access an upper world and a lower world. The upper and lower worlds are accessed through the gateway of the pineal gland or third eye, utilizing the imagination, activating the plasma two way screen. Once you activate the psychic gateway you move upwards in another dimension or downwards in another dimension, beyond this timeframe of real time, beyond this domain of time/space. The consciousness correspondingly moves up or down the central channel. 

The 260 day rhythm of the Tzolkin is one of the key harmonics, allied to the spiral growth of nature, the Fibonacci and Golden mean, of the movement of consciousness up and down into real time.

the relationship between the Golden Proportion and the tzolkin is actually quite simple. The Golden Proportion is usually approximated as 1.618, and is symbolized by the Greek letter PHI (rhymes with "why"). One of the qualities of this number which defines it as unique is the fact that 1.618 x 1.618 = 1.618 + 1. (In other words, PHI-squared = PHI + 1). The result is 2.618. Numerology comes into play here, because 2.618 x 100 = 261.8, which approximates the tzolkin cycle. The formula is quite simple, and underlies the amazing relationships we've already discussed: 100 times PHI squared approximately equals 260. I've received some questions about the validity of this claim, mostly on the grounds that it is not precise. The discrepancy is less than 1/2 percent, not bad for any model, and the notion is supported completely by the phenomenological similarity between the tzolkin and the Golden Proportion.  John Major Jenkins

To create a fertile space, as we are doing in this timewave, requires you create some walls around the space. Set some parameters today, boundaries, find the edges, define the separations. Schedule some things in order to create empty moments.


A foundation day for sudden change at some point in the future.

Today is a good day for internal clarity, a clear unsentimental acceptance and perspective on your old self. As ever on Skull days, cut to the bone where it is appropriate. Set boundaries.

A great day for laying pristine foundations in your psyche.

A good day to be real, as they say, which means to temporarily cut out conjecture and sentiment, not for all time, but today. Enjoy a sense of freedom from your wants and separate the chaff from the wheat.

The life force is stirring. Today is about energy moving and the dynamics of power; the shifting nature of power and who has power.



Day three is always restless and when it comes to power we have to watch the ego, especially when living with access to spirit, frustration can lead to desperation and then the darkside if we compare our successes to those who have not yet woken up. The charismatic successful celebrity and billionaire scene is populated with psychopaths. Stay true to yourself do not compare your life to exteranal images of success, invariably, not always, they are rotten inside.



Stay with the lifeforce...

You may feel vitalized and sexy without having a direction or place to act out your desire. It is just a day to feel the life force stirring. Venom and anger can change into soma and higher consciousness, poison can be used for healing. See how energy changes, feel that subtle point where pure primal desire can be used for any endeavour as it turns.

2 Lizard or Seed, Tuesday 1 October

Today we see the inherent duality of our intentions and evolutionary impulses. We want two different realities simultaneously.

The result of this energy is that we might have moments of complete inertia. The best thing is to hold both intentions and feel the differences. The tension will create some energy for tomorrow and you will benefit from being conscious of your duplicity today. Tomorrow brings forward momentum in the shape of vitality.

Or: we might see the two opportunities sprouting from the same junction. These are the bifurcating potentials of reality, akin to the growth of a plant as it sprouts new stems.

Life is abundant. To live in abundance, we need intentionality and grace, so as not to be overwhelmed. Make choices -- but hold those choices lightly.

I remind you that the energy of this time wave is that of allowing some empty space of mystery to develop, to create a fecund space within the psyche. Face the shadow with an attitude devoid of solution orientated logic. Open up your energy to the mystery and embrace the feeling of expectation.

Consciousness reflects upon itself this is the movement of consciousness, the movement of consciousness is what we know as Time and Space.

1 Darkhouse, Foredawn, in-the-house or Night, Monday 30 September

A new time wave begins today, one which asks you to enter the crack between the worlds.

Make space in your life for the new to enter. Stay with the edge of uncertainty and embrace the intangible energy that exists between time and space, action and inactivity, light and dark.

How do we enter the new reality?

Through time.

Specifically through reconnecting to real time, whilst still functioning with the civil calendar (artificial time of the normal 60 seconds, 60 minutes, 12/24 hours, 7 day week, 30 day month, 12 month year starting on January 1st). The civil calendar being a product of recorded history, a structure that is now eroding and becoming less viable as the determiner of our reality context.

So we need

1. The 260 day calendar is the time of gestating potentials and the involution of the soul into linear time-space.

2. Body time aka real time (my new phrase) is based on: the real unit of time of the day; sunrise, mid day-Sun at highest point, sunset, midnight-Sun at lowest point; Moon Cycle and the Yearly Cycle based on real astronomical facts, ie Solstices and Equinoxes.
There is a lot to say about all of this, but contemplate your daily mode and rhythms, your natural seasonal rhythms and lunar responses...


All scales of time and all measurements of time evoke a corresponding scale and complexity of space


Herein is the riddle, is the mystery


Although not solvable, the encounter with it allows one to experience the magic of existence...

The Dog Timewave of companionship and guidance releases its form today and is converted into information; emotion is transmuted into data. The whole feeling of this Timewave is harvested and fed back into the matrix.



A day where you flit from one thing to another, from one person to another -- texting, facebooking, emailing.

Message the world.



Alternatively, you write up your recent experiences, you convert experience into information -- a story, a report or a even a statistical analysis.



Or, you release yourself from the internet, from writing and communicating, feeling emotionally free and in doing so you are allowing your subconscious to receive new data from involvement with random activities.

A good day for emotional intelligence and awareness of how life is always supporting and feeding us. A good day to feel where you are at in the new era and what the new era means for you.

The Dog Timewave can be understood by the mind today. 12 Crocodile says we cannot let the mind control our emotions rigidly if we are to receive and give nourishment.

Crocodile is the face of the Goddess, nurturing and loving, yet jealous, dark and foreboding if scorned. Pay homage today to the Goddess and be gifted with a deep understanding of your needs and the needs of those around you.

A Subtle Shift, More Synchronic Flow...

I feel that there has been a subtle shift, a tilt in the balance between Light and Dark in the planetary field, the light is growing a little stronger in my estimation, even though we are still in challenging times with the flux state.
As planetary consciousness emerges more strongly in the decades to come, one of the tasks/ opportunities is the ability to emotionally feel the personal auric space, the body of light. This is the extended egg of life force or chi that is integrating mind, body, emotions and that includes the imagination. We will learn and have to learn to be conscious of our perception filters and the interface with the collective environment so that we can understand the energy, information and emotion that is flooding through us.

The psychic fecundity of the highly charged plasma environment enables a whole new level of feeling, a higher resonant emotional connection. The challenge includes greater awareness of energy transmission--the totality of our output of emotions and thoughts--in order to regulate our magnetism. The totality of our output attracts same same, self reinforcing reality tunnels. The challenge also includes consciously filtering out that which does not support or nurture our expression.

The gifts include the ability to feel greater unity, love and communion with all manner of people.

I developed a lightbody practice in the 1990s, which is based on expanding the ball of chi to a full twenty foot diameter egg, this allows for a continuum of felt sensation from body to full personal space and the interface with collective energy and informational fields. Fifteen years later I am still developing this ability, it is a slow process at present, but as the energy change accelerates this will become much more available to a lot more people.

This may sound a science fiction-esque, but really it is very intuitive and natural.

The environment is always offering us the nourishment we need.We will be able to absorb more light and synthesize more nutrients directly from the plasma as the planetary field awakens. Similarly, free energy technologies that draw upon the environmental energy are already available (we are not in Kansas any more Dorothy) it is the totality of human consciousness that is presently inhibiting the full development. If enough people become aware of the abundance of every kind of energy that is inherent within the planetary field then no amount of suppression would stop the manifestation of a whole new civilization.

11 Flower, Lord or Sun, Friday 27 September

All types of consciousness are substances

The form cracks open to reveal the Light. Following the Light through the crack, a whole new universe appears before us, previously invisible but always present.

The world is made of Light. We can use the broad brush truth of the spectrum of light to describe reality.

The chakras correspond to the seven colours of light as a metaphor of frequency. Crown is White and Violet, Brow is Indigo, Throat is Blue, Heart is Green, Solar Plexus is Yellow, Spleen is Orange, Root is Red.

In my experience I have found we are operating through two or three chakras at a time, generally speaking. For each stage of development, we have two dominant chakras open. That’s not to say we cannot have more than three open, but two dominate at any one time.

The manifest world is comprised of a different recipe of light for each form. Each form -- be that a rock, a car, a tree or a human -- is the 'solidified' form of a unique kaleidoscopic mix.

11 Sun, also known as 11 Flower or Lord, is a day where reality opens to allow us to read the frequency mix.

Our emotions are an expression of the flow of received light filtering through us, then becoming our transmission of light.

Our emotions are especially felt in the abdomen and heart and yet they are as light all around us. We live in our emotions and see through the filter of our emotions. The light of the aura is on a finer frequency than the light we can see with our normal vision.

We have our being and move around in the concentrated light near to our body, but that radiates out into the whole cosmos as a whisper. In effect, we are also walking around in the collective light transmissions of human society. We particularly pick up on those transmissions that resonate with ours. If we are in a group of people surrounded by incongruous light transmissions, our body of light is either not in resonance, which then creates the feeling of loneliness, or we receive that light and feel disturbed.

Unless, of course, we can transcend the base frequencies and find a more subtle resonance with people on a higher level, which invariably means operating through the Heart more than the Spleen or Solar Plexus.

10 Storm, Thursday 26 September

A day where you can experience the present manifestation of your emotional body -- the whole tapestry of emotive scripts, wants, needs and emotional patterns.

If you can connect in a tangible way to your emotional totality, you can experience an unexpectedly refreshing new or liberated feeling.

Storm is refreshingly chaotic; it disrupts to liberate. A 10 day is the sense of something tangible. Today is a day that feels different -- your emotional body twists in new directions and it feels strange but good, as you have unusual connections.

So allow a new behaviour to happen. Go with the unexpected and see it as a liberating moment with potentially longer lasting effects.

Today you can connect to your inner sanctum of peace regardless of the flux state of the world

9 Obsidian, Wednesday 25

A good day to see the shadow and illuminate the multidimensional mechanisms of nature, that condition our moods and feelings. See the causes of those emotions.

Today is a good day to wake up to the way our present emotional space, our total energy resonance anchored in our feelings, generates the story we are living. The story we are living in is a continuum that stretches from the ancient past to the far-off future. Our total energy frequency creates a timeline. Change your feelings on the deepest level and change the past -- literally -- and therefore the future.

Aspects from your past return to your awareness today as you see the mirror effect of the cyclical nature of time.

A cycle of reflection ends today as you have a realization of how your past reflects this moment and how your future will have a resonance with your past.

Waking up to the nature of time and the stories we create with others
We live in the present with our companions and together we create our past in each moment and therefore also our future, which springs from our interpretation of the past.

Day 9 in the timewave is the day we wake up beyond linear time. 9 is a master number in the Mayan cosmology and refers to the Lords of Time.

The 2012 era points us towards the past...
The present window of change speaks to us of the future, but in the same breath directs our attention to the ancient past.

The 2012 end date was the end of one Galactic spin of 25,600 to 25,920 years. The world is subliminally being primed to recognize large cycles of time and to remember that the larger context for our reality is truly cosmic.

8 Earthmover, Tuesday 24 September

Once again, take a breath and step into the space of courage, commit to the positive change that is wanting to come through as someone said what you want wants you.

Where is the evolutionary opportunity, step up to it with faith...

Honour your emotional state, acknowledge how you feel, then search for the good. Reinforce that which is good and is seeking to establish itself in your life. Affirm your growth; life is forever changing. Affirm the change taking place in yourself. Identify the positive changes of late that are happening to you or within you -- even if you feel that you are changing for the worse -- because the truth is that there is always an element of positive growth taking place.

If you follow the 260-day pulse, you will start to notice certain mathematical patterns, such as the 8th day of the timewave being the 1st day of the previous timewave. The last timewave, therefore, was an Earthmover timewave. This means that today is a day of committing your energy, or we can say incrementally committing more of your energy to that which emerged in the previous timewave.

The nature of change that emerged -- which would have revealed an inherent evolutionary facet of your life message -- is now showing itself again. You are being called to synchronize and integrate with it. Do not try too hard, just observe the day and remember to commit your energy to what is progressive when Life asks you.

Be still and come into resonance with your true self. Be like the owl and the vulture -- patient and resilient.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by demands from the world, hold your energy -- for within the maelstrom of being pulled by other people or deadlines, a magical solution and innovative opportunity can arise, if you just hold still. Allow wisdom to shine through by dispelling the darkness of confusion through your resolve.

Smooth, flowing, comfortable rhythmic changes of perception that allow you to organize your dreams and visions, today affords you the opportunity to harmonize your overall sense of reality with your emotional needs; a blend of the earthly and the spiritual.

The Full Moon has broken, the tension eases, the excitement plateaus as we move towards the Autumn Equinox and another gateway of time, the doorway into contemplation, learning and the final harvest of the year...how has your solar year been, what is there that needs to be integrated?

Today in the Sacred Calendar of the Maya

A chance to see all sides of your relationships, your emotional state or basic needs from a higher space. A day where you detach from your emotional involvements to see them more clearly. Meta-program your emotional body.

The challenge today is to not be too fixed about your ideas and opinions. See your emotional script and then set a small intention based on where it is you would like to be. Be conscious of any issues you have at the moment but rather than fueling the problems and issues be true to the higher ideas you have about who you are, your life, life itself and human nature.

Accept and understand, yet rise above the emotions.

On the Long Good Road of Life we are guided by invisible friends from the spirit world.

Walk with joy today as the energy moves out of yesterday's polarity. If you feel stuck today, just do something -- it is one step at time. A good day to talk with other people, maybe lots of people, without necessarily worrying about direction; just get energy moving.

Know that life itself is intelligent and will guide you.

The rational mind, the intellect can not ultimately guide you, but the mind is not to be negated, use your mind whilst knowing you can not reach some ultimate conclusion. Life cannot be fully worked out. However mental effort enables us to ask better questions which then supply new partial truths which then lead onto even clearer questions. So it is we move forward.

Step forward with an openness that values the mind as a tool but not as the determiner of your reality and you will be on the road that is your destiny.

2 Monkey, Wednesday 18

The challenge of the Dog timewave, as 2 Monkey tells us, is how to hold two opposing views and beliefs; how to entertain the fact that differences between people, their needs and perspectives is okay.

A good day to not take contrary viewpoints or feelings of those around you too seriously. It's okay!

This includes realizing there will always be emotional discrepancies within yourself, your truths and your actions.

Your divine incessant creativity and the machinations of the monkey mind can get in the way of the emotional needs in relationship, or can be a source of fun and spontaneity within relationship.

As I wrote on the last Monkey 2  , which of course was 260 days ago...

1 Dog, Tuesday 17 September

The Dog Timewave begins today, themes of the emotional body, needs, emotional cravings, love, companionship, boundaries, feeling part of community, feeling connected to other beings, the question of belonging...


Call upon spirit guides to help you.

I will be going out on a shamanic quest during this timewave, when it feels right and doing just that, calling upon guidance to help me connect to new people for my work.

Who are your companions and where do you belong?

A new 13-day timewave of companionship, relationship and guidance. Do you need a guide? Are you needed to be a guide?

Be open to following a guide and being a guide.... Ride the ebb and flow of emotions in this 13-day period, specifically in regard to relationships. Love the ones you love.

Who shares your path with you on this frequency of consciousness?

I love the way the Mayan Sacred Calendar changes direction. For example, in the 260-day system, the Earthmover timewave of ground-shaking evolution is followed by the emotionally based Dog timewave.

The Dog is companionship in this world and the next. The Dog guides us over the threshold into the next life. Dog timewave is all about those you love, those who share our journey; it also about giving and receiving guidance -- and that includes spirit guides.

13 Water or Moon, Monday

A day of gratitude and a day to surrender to the cleansing waters as they dissolve all blockages to the new sprouting energy that is already transforming your life. The 13th day says "Let go and celebrate the end of the timewave."

The dissipative consciousness cleanses the mind of thoughts.

The 2012 Era and the message of 13 Water

Evolution and transformation (the theme of this timewave) requires the dissolution of blocks in our perception in regards to the immediate potential and imminent reality so that we can emotionally accommodate the next new reality.

The next scale of consciousness is a far bigger environment of the psyche. This is the spiritual reason for acknowledging contentious issues such as conspiracy, the UFO phenomena and other anomalous experience, research and testimony.

The soul is like water, but the mind compartmentalizes reality.

The boxing and filing of information into relevant and irrelevant trays has been necessary for ego development. Now however, in this 2012 era, it is time to dissolve some of the filters. Increasingly it is not enough to just take a 'spiritual perspective', to meditate or to just have a psychological or sociological viewpoint -- we are being pressed to have a full integral perspective.

The next scale of reality is planetary, so we are impulsed to start releasing our compartmental walls of mind, to open to the totality of experience that is co-existent here on Earth--The Immannence. The species is required to engage with the areas of reality that have been kept hidden for the new landscape of the psyche exists on the other side of the shadowlands that stand before us. The jewels are hidden in the murky realms.

The diversity of your thinking or the diversity of emotions, or the diversity of intentions, can find some coherence today. You have the opportunity to understand the new energy of this timewave that has transformed you in some manner, to integrate quite effortlessly.

Your thoughts, which may have been scattered, can coalesce naturally and effortlessly today.

The many radiant thoughts and emotions you have today can come together as a coherent understanding if you tune into them all as products of light, for they are all emanating from you. You are a ball of light, a star, a singular monad.

This Earthmover timewave which is the same one that led us through the 2012 Winter Solstice, today reveals to you the omni-directional potentials for change that are present due to the 2012 influx as the first 260 day cycle has passed.
