The life force is stirring. Today is about energy moving and the dynamics of power; the shifting nature of power and who has power.

You may feel vitalized and sexy without having a direction or place to act out your desire. It is just a day to feel the life force stirring. Venom and anger can change into soma and higher consciousness, poison can be used for healing. See how energy changes, feel that subtle point where pure primal desire can be used for any endeavour as it turns.

If you have new years intentions, recognize that they take time to surface, we are still in winter (in northern hemisphere), the spring equinox of March 21, is the point of birth. Winter Solstice is conception, February 1st is Imbolc, this is a time of preparation, spring cleaning, the early shoots are appearing but much is still gestating. By recognizing the natural cycle of the year we are more likely to fulfill our new years intentions by understanding the gradual growth that is required for a new habit, a new form or an achievement.

For example, what works for me is recognizing the cycles of energy as they emerge. So if you want to get fitter in 2013 and you have a need to achieve something professionally, you will find there is an oscillation in your focus on each issue. To get fitter, requires the forming of a new habit, the rush of will and enthusiasm to go the gym or go running often hits a brick wall after a month or so as the conflicting needs of your vocation takes over your focus. Do not give up, allow for space and time for the focus to oscillate then pick up the intention of the other. Allow for small lapses, if you have not failed until you have given up, this means not telling yourself you have failed at the first lapse, you are not a robot.

You are fundamentally a product of nature and nature has cycles and those cycles still rule our world and our reality.

The teachings of the Medicine Wheel connect you to the natural cycles of all creativity, the Celtic Wheel which is basically the same as the Medicine Wheel is based on the specific points in the cycle...I will be teaching this in England in March or April.

I am enjoying getting back to very early mornings and shamanic work out in the hills, it is cool and windy but we have clear skies at present in the early morn here on Lamma...and the snakes are hibernating, which is a lot more relaxing I can tell you!

2 Lizard, Monday 14th day of January--named after Janus

Today we see the inherent duality of our intentions and evolutionary impulses. We want two different realities simultaneously.

The result of this energy is that we might have moments of complete inertia. The best thing is to hold both intentions and feel the differences. The tension will create some energy for tomorrow and you will benefit from being conscious of your duplicity today. Tomorrow brings forward momentum in the shape of vitality.

Or: we might see the two opportunities sprouting from the same junction. These are the bifurcating potentials of reality, akin to the growth of a plant as it sprouts new stems.

Life is abundant. To live in abundance, we need intentionality and grace, so as not to be overwhelmed. Make choices -- but hold those choices lightly.

I remind you that the energy of this time wave is that of allowing some empty space of mystery to develop, to create a fecund space within the psyche. Face the shadow with an attitude devoid of solution orientated logic. Open up your energy to the mystery and embrace the feeling of expectation.

A new time wave begins today, one which asks you to enter the crack between the worlds.

Make space in your life for the new to enter. Stay with the edge of uncertainty and embrace the intangible energy that exists between time and space, action and inactivity, light and dark.

How do we enter the new reality?

Through time.

Specifically through reconnecting to real time, whilst still functioning with the civil calendar (artificial time of the normal 60 seconds, 60 minutes, 12/24 hours, 7 day week, 30 day month, 12 month year starting on January 1st). The civil calendar being a product of recorded history, a structure that is now eroding and becoming less viable as the determiner of our reality context.

So we need

1. The 260 day calendar is the time of gestating potentials and the involution of the soul into linear time-space.

2. Body time aka real time (my new phrase) is based on: the real unit of time of the day; sunrise, mid day-Sun at highest point, sunset, midnight-Sun at lowest point; Moon Cycle and the Yearly Cycle based on real astronomical facts, ie Solstices and Equinoxes.
There is a lot to say about all of this, but contemplate your daily mode and rhythms, your natural seasonal rhythms and lunar responses...

The Dog Timewave of companionship and guidance releases its form today and is converted into information; emotion is transmuted into data. The whole feeling of this Timewave is harvested and fed back into the matrix.



A day where you flit from one thing to another, from one person to another -- texting, facebooking, emailing.

Message the world.



Alternatively, you write up your recent experiences, you convert experience into information -- a story, a report or a even a statistical analysis.



Or, you release yourself from the internet, from writing and communicating, feeling emotionally free and in doing so you are allowing your subconscious to receive new data from involvement with random activities.

A good day for emotional intelligence and awareness of how life is always supporting and feeding us. A good day to feel where you are at in the new era and what the new era means for you.

The Dog Timewave can be understood by the mind today. 12 Crocodile says we cannot let the mind control our emotions rigidly if we are to receive and give nourishment.

Crocodile is the face of the Goddess, nurturing and loving, yet jealous, dark and foreboding if scorned. Pay homage today to the Goddess and be gifted with a deep understanding of your needs and the needs of those around you.

Post 2012

As I expected, years ago,  I have seen many people posting proclamations of disillusionment now, with the 2012 end date behind us. Many were expecting the world to be saved. I have seen sarcastic pieces suggesting the end of the new age, and a call to return to common sense.  I say this, not with smugness, just to register the truth with you. The 2012 effect will unfold, the environment on the subtle level has changed.  There is scientific correlations with the increase of interstellar plasma, if you need them, there is a abundant of evidence of environmental weirdness, aka flux. As the world of consensus puts the 2012 meme behind them, the 2012 effect will emerge. It is not all good of course, change is not about comfort, but the teleology is towards a more benevolent society.

Not that we should wait for the change, but that we should interact with life as it is with a sense of anticipation, to stay open, to enjoying life as it is and to the new opportunities that are available.

A certain amount of chaos, the chaos of a flux state, is good for creative endeavours, independent thinkers, free spirits and the desire to live more freely, uninhibited by the clumsy dictates of mob sentiment.

Accept the world you feel you are in with honesty, whilst validating your intuitive inspiration, not one or the other. 

Life has purpose(S) and within the different levels or frameworks emerges the randomness that yields a degree of freewill and creativity. As we jump into zones of mystery, new levels of purpose, structure and wisdom are found.

Life has direction, templates, structures and creative disorder within them, fate and freewill, step forward openly, expectantly and enjoy the novelty of what is emerging.


As planetary consciousness emerges more strongly in the decades to come, one of the tasks/ opportunities is the ability to emotionally feel the personal auric space, the body of light. This is the extended egg of life force or chi that is integrating mind, body, emotions and that includes the imagination. We will learn and have to learn to be conscious of our perception filters and the interface with the collective environment so that we can understand the energy, information and emotion that is flooding through us.

The psychic fecundity of the highly charged plasma environment enables a whole new level of feeling, a higher resonant emotional connection. The challenge includes greater awareness of energy transmission--the totality of our output of emotions and thoughts--in order to regulate our magnetism. The totality of our output attracts same same, self reinforcing reality tunnels. The challenge also includes consciously filtering out that which does not support or nurture our expression.

The gifts include the ability to feel greater unity, love and communion with all manner of people.

I developed a lightbody practice in the 1990s, which is based on expanding the ball of chi to a full twenty foot diameter egg, this allows for a continuum of felt sensation from body to full personal space and the interface with collective energy and informational fields. Fifteen years later I am still developing this ability, it is a slow process at present, but as the energy change accelerates this will become much more available to a lot more people.

This may sound a science fiction-esque, but really it is very intuitive and natural.

The environment is always offering us the nourishment we need.We will be able to absorb more light and synthesize more nutrients directly from the plasma as the planetary field awakens. Similarly, free energy technologies that draw upon the environmental energy are already available (we are not in Kansas any more Dorothy) it is the totality of human consciousness that is presently inhibiting the full development. If enough people become aware of the abundance of every kind of energy that is inherent within the planetary field then no amount of suppression would stop the manifestation of a whole new civilization.

11 Flower, Lord or Sun, Thursday 10 January

The form cracks open to reveal the Light. Following the Light through the crack, a whole new universe appears before us, previously invisible but always present.

The world is made of Light. We can use the broad brush truth of the spectrum of light to describe reality.

The chakras correspond to the seven colours of light as a metaphor of frequency. Crown is White and Violet, Brow is Indigo, Throat is Blue, Heart is Green, Solar Plexus is Yellow, Spleen is Orange, Root is Red.

In my experience I have found we are operating through two or three chakras at a time, generally speaking. For each stage of development, we have two dominant chakras open. That’s not to say we cannot have more than three open, but two dominate at any one time.

The manifest world is comprised of a different recipe of light for each form. Each form -- be that a rock, a car, a tree or a human -- is the 'solidified' form of a unique kaleidoscopic mix.

11 Sun, also known as 11 Flower or Lord, is a day where reality opens to allow us to read the frequency mix.

Our emotions are an expression of the flow of received light filtering through us, then becoming our transmission of light.

Our emotions are especially felt in the abdomen and heart and yet they are as light all around us. We live in our emotions and see through the filter of our emotions. The light of the aura is on a finer frequency than the light we can see with our normal vision.

We have our being and move around in the concentrated light near to our body, but that radiates out into the whole cosmos as a whisper. In effect, we are also walking around in the collective light transmissions of human society. We particularly pick up on those transmissions that resonate with ours. If we are in a group of people surrounded by incongruous light transmissions, our body of light is either not in resonance, which then creates the feeling of loneliness, or we receive that light and feel disturbed.

Unless, of course, we can transcend the base frequencies and find a more subtle resonance with people on a higher level, which invariably means operating through the Heart more than the Spleen or Solar Plexus.

The Life Force is Always One Step Ahead

As the controlling consciousness increases its effectiveness on one level of reality, the vitality of that level decreases, life can be said to be decaying. As one thing rots it provides fertilizer for something new. A new level of vitality becomes increasingly available. As the availability of nutritious food becomes scarcer, then the availability of nutrients from the environment increases. The vital nourishment we will require in the future will be the light and energy from the burgeoning planetary field. The human organism is moving towards light. As the abundance of our social theatre grows ever less egalitarian and the financial system is clearly becoming a winner takes all game—where an oligarchy of dynastic controllers manipulate the socio-political scene—the universal field of supply of light grows stronger. The light of the changing environment is nourishment for the mind, body and soul.

I am finding it hard to keep up with new insights and connections, this to me feels a symptom of having deliberately connected to the Winter Solstice and the Maya era changes in the background environment.

A day where you can experience the present manifestation of your emotional body -- the whole tapestry of emotive scripts, wants, needs and emotional patterns.

If you can connect in a tangible way to your emotional totality, you can experience an unexpectedly refreshing new or liberated feeling.

Storm is refreshingly chaotic; it disrupts to liberate. A 10 day is the sense of something tangible. Today is a day that feels different -- your emotional body twists in new directions and it feels strange but good, as you have unusual connections.

So allow a new behaviour to happen. Go with the unexpected and see it as a liberating moment with potentially longer lasting effects.

And

The worlds collective emotional body is in a tense quite fragile state, yet with an implicit latent creativity as Uranus and Pluto are in a loose square, the next exact square is in May. The USA is in a particular brittle state as the authorities try to bring in a full totalitarian regime, aided by pushing dangerous pharmaceuticals onto all of its citizens. The present economic revival has been termed, by a friend of mine from within banking industry, as the big suck up, he predicted it last year and he found agreement with some other free thinking economist. After the US election it was expected, that there would be an economic rally, totally false. An attempt at sucking all the money back into the stock market, before pulling the plug...

Anyway, this is a real potential, not a certainty and I although it sounds depressing, I do not think we need fear it as such, or get into a rage. My approach is to harness ones responsiveness and stay open, new fresh adventures are inherent within a flux state social environment.

We can see 10 Storm as the raging conflict of collective emotion that is held within a structure, ie we can feel the potential for total chaos, but the anarchy is contained. Although dangerous, this is a fecund reservoir for extraordinary creativity. We should not deny the potentials for social meltdown and the dark forces operating behind the scenes yet within this atmosphere lies the germinating seed of a cultural revival.

9 Obsidian Mirror or Flint 9 January 2013

A good day to see the shadow and illuminate the multidimensional mechanisms of nature, that condition our moods and feelings. See the causes of those emotions.

Today is a good day to wake up to the way our present emotional space, our total energy resonance anchored in our feelings, generates the story we are living. The story we are living in is a continuum that stretches from the ancient past to the far-off future. Our total energy frequency creates a timeline. Change your feelings on the deepest level and change the past -- literally -- and therefore the future.

Aspects from your past return to your awareness today as you see the mirror effect of the cyclical nature of time.

A cycle of reflection ends today as you have a realization of how your past reflects this moment and how your future will have a resonance with your past.

Waking up to the nature of time and the stories we create with others
We live in the present with our companions and together we create our past in each moment and therefore also our future, which springs from our interpretation of the past.

Day 9 in the timewave is the day we wake up beyond linear time. 9 is a master number in the Mayan cosmology and refers to the Lords of Time.

The 2012 era points us towards the past...
The present window of change speaks to us of the future, but in the same breath directs our attention to the ancient past.

...and the Cosmos
This  is the end of one Galactic spin of 25,600 to 25,920 years. The world is subliminally being primed to recognize large cycles of time and to remember that the larger context for our reality is truly cosmic.

This year looks like it will yield some significant celestial sights. We have an asteroid coming quite close to the Earth on February 16 and a possible significant Comet in March, but what is exciting the Astronomy world is a comet, Ison, due for the end of the year that could well be 'the comet of the century'. Maybe, if it does not burn out, we shall have to wait and see. Ison was discovered on September 21 2012.

8 Earthmover Monday 7 January 2013

I do not know about you, but for me the World has indeed changed.

Every year, we feel a sense of freshness after the Christmas Holidays but I am feeling something subtle but profoundly different about the background environment this year.

History has ended, the thoughtform of recorded history is an inert shell to some extent or has been ruptured, I can feel that the door to the archaic has opened. The timeframe of our existence is expanding, the substance of the time-space field that is our context has most definitely been recalibrated.

Listen to your own feelings though, register your own sense of reality.

Change Coming into Being

Honour your emotional state, acknowledge how you feel, then search for the good. Reinforce that which is good and is seeking to establish itself in your life. Affirm your growth; life is forever changing. Affirm the change taking place in yourself. Identify the positive changes of late that are happening to you or within you -- even if you feel that you are changing for the worse -- because the truth is that there is always an element of positive growth taking place.

If you follow the 260-day pulse, you will start to notice certain mathematical patterns, such as the 8th day of the timewave being the 1st day of the previous timewave. The last timewave, therefore, was an Earthmover timewave. This means that today is a day of committing your energy, or we can say incrementally committing more of your energy to that which emerged in the previous timewave.

The nature of change that emerged -- which would have revealed an inherent evolutionary facet of your life message -- is now showing itself again. You are being called to synchronize and integrate with it. Do not try too hard, just observe the day and remember to commit your energy to what is progressive when Life asks you.

Synergize your potentials within your present emotional reality.

7 Owl or Warrior is a great day to free yourself from the shackles of the mind, a strong silent kind of day as you go about your business with simplicity.

Be still and come into resonance with your true self. Be like the owl and the vulture -- patient and resilient.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by demands from the world, hold your energy -- for within the maelstrom of being pulled by other people or deadlines, a magical solution and innovative opportunity can arise, if you just hold still. Allow wisdom to shine through by dispelling the darkness of confusion through your resolve.

7 Warrior is a day of truth. Your truth can harmonize with others without being exactly the same truth.

Post 2012


Eagle gives us access to the planetary consciousness, this is a level of development on our horizon. Once a sufficient number of people develop Planetary consciousness this will give rise to a planetary civilization. The developmental level of society and human individual consciousness of a globalized society is the precursor to planetary consciousness.

Globalization which includes global economics and politics is rapidly emerging and will reach a certain critical juncture over the next 10-20 years with the full coverage of the internet. Internet access is presently available for over 2 billion of Earth’s 7 billion humans, with the next level of mobile technology this will dramatically increase along with internet sensors. Internet sensors will soon be appearing in public places, on buildings, street corners and the like, this is the beginning of the all seeing matrix and the integrated global link up. Internet sensors will most likely far exceed humans in terms of internet portals.

To this we need to factor the following realities that are occurring today and which are barely reported in the mainstream media:

The troublesome innovations in genetic sciences, where all manner of genetic mutation are being produced including human/animal hybridization

The potential convergence of technology, such as computerization and genetic manipulation, leading to artificial life forms, cyborgs and robots which can act as hosts to other dimensional beings

The large number of extra-terrestrial species that are moving in and out of our atmosphere and yet also resident on earth, in underground bases and even walking amongst us

Advanced reverse engineering of alien technology by semi-secret groups or special interest groups, being carried out since the 1940s

Extra-terrestrial agreements with governments and special interest groups

Pollution and Environmental instability with increased space weather as the dominant factor in the environmental situation

A groundswell of awakening in the alternative world that the truth of history, evolution and science is extraordinarily different from that which is being artificially perpetuated within our mainstream education and informational environment, with it being decades behind cutting edge research and evidence.

We are accelerating towards what I call the omni-directional gate, which is a portal of choice regarding our reality. Planetary consciousness is the awareness that we are not living in an enclosed globe of human society but that we live within the Earth’s consciousness field and that as co-creators of the Earth we are part of a complex living system. Furthermore this living system is an open system; Earth exists within the cosmic plasma ocean.

Planetary civilization is the culmination of one order of evolution and the start of the next order of evolution. A big part of my work is showing how this level of development is a natural emergence of individual psychological development and a natural artifact of a highly populated planet. I also explore the basic structure of such a society.

This issue will be most pressing as we move into the 2020s….

4 Reed or Skywalker, Thursday 3 January

A chance to see all sides of your relationships, your emotional state or basic needs from a higher space. A day where you detach from your emotional involvements to see them more clearly. Meta-program your emotional body.

The challenge today is to not be too fixed about your ideas and opinions. See your emotional script and then set a small intention based on where it is you would like to be. Be conscious of any issues you have at the moment but rather than fueling the problems and issues be true to the higher ideas you have about who you are, your life, life itself and human nature.

Accept and understand, yet rise above the emotions.

3 Good Road, Tooth or Human, Wednesday 2 January

The energy of the socio-economic new year 20:13 starts to roll. The astronomical and real New Year (and New Era) began on 22 December 2012, or 5 Crocodile, but the energy filters into our social system via our Gregorian Calendar.

If you are working with a New Year's Intention, recognize the gradual emergence factor, ie hold your attention on your intention up to the Spring Equinox, rather than making your intentions fragile by expecting a fundamental change in January.

The seasonal cycle rules our base emotions and body timing, so utilize the natural energy to allow yourself to realize new intentions, rather than expecting an instant change; natural growth is very slow... go gentle with yourself. The Gregorian Calendar is rather coldly mechanistic, slightly disconnected from nature, and therefore does not suit our natural physio-psychology.

On the Long Good Road of Life we are guided by invisible friends from the spirit world.

Walk with joy today as the energy moves out of yesterday's polarity. If you feel stuck today, just do something -- it is one step at time. A good day to talk with other people, maybe lots of people, without necessarily worrying about direction; just get energy moving.

Know that life itself is intelligent and will guide you.

The rational mind, the intellect can not ultimately guide you, but the mind is not to be negated, use your mind whilst knowing you can not reach some ultimate conclusion. Life cannot be fully worked out. However mental effort enables us to ask better questions which then supply new partial truths which then lead onto even clearer questions. So it is we move forward.

Step forward with an openness that values the mind as a tool but not as the determiner of your reality and you will be on the road that is your destiny.

The challenge of the Dog timewave, as 2 Monkey tells us, is how to hold two opposing views and beliefs; how to entertain the fact that differences between people, their needs and perspectives is okay.

A good day to not take contrary viewpoints or feelings of those around you too seriously. It's okay!

This includes realizing there will always be emotional discrepancies within yourself, your truths and your actions.

Your divine incessant creativity and the machinations of the monkey mind can get in the way of the emotional needs in relationship, or can be a source of fun and spontaneity within relationship.

If Monkey 2 is setting the tone for 20:13 we can expect a year of intense deceptions and conflict in the geo-political arena...

Call upon spirit guides to help you understand the new era frequency.

I will be going out on a shamanic quest during this timewave, when it feels right and doing just that, calling upon guidance for the new era for me personally and to understand more of the new environment.

Who are your companions and where do you belong?

A new 13-day timewave of companionship, relationship and guidance. Do you need a guide? Are you needed to be a guide?

Be open to following a guide and being a guide.... Ride the ebb and flow of emotions in this 13-day period, specifically in regard to relationships. Love the ones you love.

I love the way the Mayan Sacred Calendar changes direction. For example, in the 260-day system, the Earthmover timewave of ground-shaking evolution is followed by the emotionally based Dog timewave.

The Dog is companionship in this world and the next. The Dog guides us over the threshold into the next life. Dog timewave is all about those you love, those who share our journey; it also about giving and receiving guidance -- and that includes spirit guides.

A day of gratitude and a day to surrender to the cleansing waters as they dissolve all blockages to the new sprouting energy that is already transforming your life. The 13th day says "Let go and celebrate the end of the timewave."

The dissipative consciousness cleanses the mind of thoughts.

2012 and the message of 13 Water

Evolution and transformation (the theme of this timewave) requires the dissolution of blocks in our perception in regards to the immediate potential and imminent reality so that we can emotionally accommodate the next new reality.

The next scale of consciousness is a far bigger environment of the psyche. This is the spiritual reason for acknowledging contentious issues such as conspiracy, the UFO phenomena and other anomalous experience, research and testimony.

The soul is like water, but the mind compartmentalizes reality.

The boxing and filing of information into relevant and irrelevant trays has been necessary for ego development. Now however, in this 2012 era, it is time to dissolve some of the filters. Increasingly it is not enough to just take a 'spiritual perspective', to meditate or to just have a psychological or sociological viewpoint -- we are being pressed to have a full integral perspective.

The next scale of reality is planetary, so we are impulsed to start releasing our compartmental walls of mind, to open to the totality of experience that is co-existent here on Earth--The Immannence. The species is required to engage with the areas of reality that have been kept hidden for the new landscape of the psyche exists on the other side of the shadowlands that stand before us. The jewels are hidden in the murky realms.

A day of coherent light and a day of clarity. A good day to organize your consciousness. The diversity of your thinking or the diversity of emotions, or the diversity of intentions, can find some coherence today. You have the opportunity to understand the new energy of this timewave that has transformed you in some manner, to integrate quite effortlessly.
